But there is now a “Bond of Trust” between customers and Chocolate Shop Bangladesh, So, for further ensuring and encouraging this “Bond of Trust” Chocolateshopbd.com brings you The “Happy Return” policy. Where customers can return their products only if there’s something wrong  with it. In that case, Chcolateshopbd.com will give you fresh products in return. Because we believe that happiness should be returned if that happiness can’t give you a smile. So, We returned it with proper happiness. We always want to bring a smile to your face and make you happier. We call this policy of our “Happy Return”.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it as long as your item meets the following criteria:

  • It is within 03 days from the delivery date.
  • All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with.
  • Refund/ replacement for products are subject to inspection and checking by the Chocolateshopbd.com team.
  • Replacement is subject to the availability of stock with the Supplier. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
  • Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
  • If the item came with the free promotional items (including but not limited to gifts/ points/wallet money) the free item must also be returned/refunded.

Reasons for returns & replacement:

  • If your product is defective/damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return window. Your product may be eligible for a refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition. Please see the detailed terms in the relevant category below.
  • Please note that some products are not eligible for a return if the product is “No longer needed”.

  • Please note that chocolateshopbd.com is not obligated to refund the user’s money that he/she paid until the product status changed to “Returned”.

How to return:

Contact Chcolateshopbd.com Customer Care team by calling 01521451391 or by emailing chcocolateshopbd1@gmail.com within 03 days after receiving your order.

There are two ways to return/replace the product to us. In Dhaka City, we offer a free pick up service for your return/replacement. Other than Dhaka City, you have to send the product on your own to our office address.

Once we pick up or receive your return, we will do a quality check of the product at our end and if a return is invalid, we will replace the product with a new one, or we will proceed with the refund.

Refund Policy

  • The refund will be processed after we have completed evaluating your return.
  • Replacement is subject to the availability of stock with the Supplier. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
  • Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
  • If you have selected Cash on Delivery (COD), there is no amount to refund because you haven’t paid for your order.
  • For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Banking, or Bank Transfer, you will receive a refund in your respective.
  • If online payment is made once more due to a technical error, a payment refund will be made.
  • You will receive a refund anytime between 7-10 working days. If you don’t receive a refund within this time, please write to us at chocolateshopbd1@gmail.com  and we shall investigate.

Refunds for return item

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
