  Instructions:

  1. Preparation:
     • If the cone is stored in the refrigerator, allow it to come to room temperature before use. This will make the paste easier to flow.
     • You may also shake the cone gently to ensure that the paste inside is evenly distributed.
  2. Cutting the Tip:
     • Carefully cut the tip of the cone with a small pair of scissors. The size of the hole you make will determine the thickness of the lines. For fine lines, cut a small hole, and for thicker lines, make the hole slightly larger.
  3. Applying the Mehendi:
     • Start by practicing your design on a piece of paper or a small surface to get a feel for the flow of the paste.
     • Hold the cone at a 45-degree angle and apply gentle pressure while drawing your design on the skin. You can create intricate patterns or simple designs depending on your skill level.
     • Keep the skin clean and dry before applying the mehendi for better adhesion.
  4. Drying:
     • Allow the mehendi to dry on the skin. It can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the design and thickness.
     • The longer you leave the paste on, the deeper and darker the stain will be. For optimal results, try to keep the mehendi on for 1-2 hours.
  5. Removing the Mehendi:
     • Once the paste is dry and begins to crack, gently scrape it off with a blunt object or use your fingers. Avoid using water to remove it.
     • For a darker stain, you can apply a mixture of sugar and lemon juice to the dried mehendi. This helps enhance the color.
  6. Aftercare:
     • Avoid washing the area with water for several hours after removing the mehendi. The stain will continue to darken over the next 24 hours.
     • If needed, apply a moisturizer to keep the skin soft.
